     Sir Thomas Hampson, 2nd Bt. was born in 1624.1 He was the son of Sir Thomas Hampson, 1st Bt. and Anne Duncombe.1 He and Mary Dennis obtained a marriage license on 28 December 1650.1 He died on 22 March 1670.1
     He held the office of High Sheriff of Buckinghamshire in 1654.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Hampson, of Taplow, co. Buckingham [E., 1642] on 14 August 1655.1
