Sir Harmood Harmood-Banner, 2nd Bt. 
He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Montgomeryshire.1 He was educated at Wellington School, Wellington, Somerset, England.1 He gained the rank of Major in the 3rd South Wales Borderers and Royal Welch Fusiliers.1 He fought in the Boer War between 1901 and 1902.1 He fought in the First World War in 1914.1 He graduated from New College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1915 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He held the office of High Sheriff of Montgomeryshire in 1920.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Harmood-Banner, of Liverpool, in the County of Lancaster [U.K., 1924] on 24 February 1927.1 He held the office of Mayor of Montgomery between 1928 and 1932.1

He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He was educated at Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG.1 He gained the rank of officer in the Royal Welch Fusiliers.1 He fought in the Second World War.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Harmood-Banner, of Liverpool, in the County of Lancaster [U.K., 1924] on 5 July 1950.1 On his death, his baronetcy became extinct.1
