     William Forster was the son of Sir Humphrey Forster and Elizabeth Sandys. He married Jane Hungerford, daughter of Sir Anthony Hungerford and Jane Darrell, circa 1553.1 He died on 10 January 1574.1
     He held the office of High SHeriff of Berkshire in 1569.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Berkshire in 1572.1
