     Bernard Ashworth James was born on 5 March 1894.¹ He was the son of Charles Ashworth James and Margaret Louisa Moir.¹ He died on 18 August 1916 at age 22, killed in action.¹
     He fought in the First World War.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the 13th Middlesex Regiment.¹

     Lawrence William Ashworth James was born on 9 July 1902.¹ He was the son of Charles Ashworth James and Margaret Louisa Moir.¹ He died in December 1908 at age 6.¹

     Katherine Margaret James was born on 6 April 1893.¹ She was the daughter of Charles Ashworth James and Margaret Louisa Moir.¹ She married John Patrick Basil Eastwood, son of William Seymour Eastwood and Cecil Emma Chetwynd-Talbot, on 6 January 1925.¹
     She was with the Women’s Royal Naval Service during the First World War.¹ From 6 January 1925, her married name became Eastwood.¹ She was appointed Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.)¹

     John Patrick Basil Eastwood is the son of William Seymour Eastwood and Cecil Emma Chetwynd-Talbot.¹ He married Katherine Margaret James, daughter of Charles Ashworth James and Margaret Louisa Moir, on 6 January 1925.¹

     Eleanor Marion James was born on 1 June 1897.¹ She was the daughter of Charles Ashworth James and Margaret Louisa Moir.¹
