He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Fraser, of Cromarty [U.K., 1921] on 4 May 1929.1 He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He fought in the Second World War between 1939 and 1945.1 He graduated from Queens’ College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He gained the rank of Captain in 1945.1 On his death his baronetcy became extinct.2
