     Sir Andrew Corbet, 1st Bt. was born on 17 December 1766.¹ He was the son of Richard Prynce Corbet and Mary Wicksteed.¹ He married Mary Taylor, daughter of Thomas Taylor, in April 1790.¹ He died on 6 June 1835 at age 68.¹
     He held the office of High Sheriff of Shropshire in 1798.¹ He was created 1st Baronet Corbet, of Moreton Corbet, Shropshire [U.K.] on 3 October 1808.¹ He lived at Moreton Corbet, Shropshire, England.¹

     Sir Gerald Vincent Corbet, 6th Bt. was born on 29 October 1868.¹ He was the son of Sir Vincent Rowland Corbet, 3rd Bt. and Caroline Elizabeth Anne Agnes Bridgeman.¹ He married Ella Theresa Florence Prendergast, daughter of Lt.-Col. James Henry Prendergast and Mary Anne Gordon, on 7 April 1904.¹ He died on 4 March 1955 at age 86, without issue.¹
     He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Corbet, of Moreton Corbet, Shropshire [U.K., 1808] on 15 April 1915.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Shropshire in 1922.¹

     Vincent Roger Corbet was born on 8 December 1808.¹ He was the son of Sir Andrew Corbet, 1st Bt. and Mary Taylor.¹ He married Maria Humberston, daughter of Philip Humberston, on 2 May 1838.¹ He died on 9 December 1885 at age 77.¹
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Shropshire.¹ He lived at Riversdale, Leamington, Warwickshire, England.¹

     Mary Wicksteed is the daughter of John Wicksteed.¹ She married Richard Prynce Corbet, son of Andrew Corbet and Frances Prynce.¹
     Her married name became Corbet.¹

     John Wicksteed lived at Wem, Shropshire, England.¹

     Andrew Corbet was the son of Captain Richard Corbet and Judith Bridgeman.¹ He married Frances Prynce, daughter of Captain William Prynce.¹ He died in 1757.¹
     He lived at Moreton Corbet, Shropshire, England.¹ He also had four daughters.¹

     Sir Andrew Corbet was born in August 1580.¹ He was the son of Sir Vincent Corbet and Frances Humfreston.¹ He married Elizabeth Boothby, daughter of William Boothby and Judith Austin.¹ He died on 6 May 1637 at age 56.¹

     Richard Corbet was the son of Sir Andrew Corbet and Elizabeth Boothby.^1,2 He married Grace Noel, daughter of Sir William Noel.¹ He died in 1690.¹
     He lived at Shawbury Park.¹ In 1688 he inherited Moreton Corbet.¹
