     Annie Louisa Goatley was born in 1867 at Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.¹ She married, firstly, Charles Penrose, son of Reverend Charles Thomas Penrose and Ellen Carline Pender Philott, on 19 December 1885.¹ She married, secondly, Ernest Hugh Foster on 13 October 1900.¹ She died on 16 September 1908 at Katoomba, New South Wales, Australia.¹
     From 19 December 1885, her married name became Penrose.¹ From 13 October 1900, her married name became Foster.¹

     Ernest Hugh Foster was born in 1875 at Lincolnshire, England.¹ He married Annie Louisa Goatley on 13 October 1900.¹

     Walter Blair Elliot was born on 19 July 1847 at India.¹ He was the son of Sir Walter Elliot of Wolfelee and Maria Dorothea Hunter Blair.¹ He died on 14 December 1869 at age 22.¹

     Her married name became Eliott-Lockhart.¹
