     Vera Beatrice Bam was born in 1895 at South Africa.¹ She married John Wilmot Henderson, son of John James Henderson and Elizabeth Elsie Prior de la Hey, in 1920 at Ulverston, Cumbria, England.¹ She and John Wilmot Henderson were divorced in 1935.¹ She died on 13 February 1961 at Guys Hospital, London, England.¹
