     Reverend William Gordon was born in 1789 at Hastings, Sussex, England.1 He was also reported to have been born in October 1788. He married Louisa Robinson Jervis, daughter of Thomas Jervis and Mary Ann Dixon, on 24 June 1816 at Shipbourne, Kent, England.1 He died on 30 October 1857 at Lichfield, Staffordshire, England.1
     He was (an unknown value) at West Bromwich, Staffordshire, England.1
