     Harriette Locke was born on 12 April 1867 at Port Sorrell, Tasmania, Australia.¹ She married Thomes Hope Jones, son of John Ormsby Jones and Elinor Hone.¹ She died on 11 September 1902 at age 35 at Austin Hospital, Heidelberg, Victoria, Australia.¹
     Her married name became Jones.¹

     Sir Geoffrey Robert Sidney Byass, 2nd Bt. was born on 30 September 1895.¹ He was the son of Sir Sidney Hutchinson Byass, 1st Bt. and Eveline Stratton.¹ He married Marian Bruce, daughter of Colonel Sir Gerald Trevor Bruce, on 20 September 1919.¹ He died on 29 October 1976 at age 81.²
     He fought in the First World War between 1914 and 1919, in Egypt, Palestine and France.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Royal Artillery (TA.)¹ He was awarded the Territorial Decoration (T.D.)¹ He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Byass, of Port Talbot, co. Glamorgan [U.K., 1926] on 18 February 1929.¹ He held the office of Mayor of Port Talbot between 1937 and 1938.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Glamorgan in 1963.¹ He title became extinct on his death.¹

     Marian Bruce was the daughter of Colonel Sir Gerald Trevor Bruce.¹ She married Sir Geoffrey Robert Sidney Byass, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Sidney Hutchinson Byass, 1st Bt. and Eveline Stratton, on 20 September 1919.¹ She died on 30 October 1968.¹
     From 20 September 1919, her married name became Byass.¹

     Colonel Sir Gerald Trevor Bruce was awarded the Territorial Decoration (T.D.)¹ He lived at The Grange, St. Hilary, Glamorgan, Wales.¹ He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the Bath (K.C.B.)¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.)¹

     Gillian Mary Byass was born on 12 March 1921.¹ She is the daughter of Sir Geoffrey Robert Sidney Byass, 2nd Bt. and Marian Bruce.¹ She married Lt.-Cdr. Kenneth MacKenzie Knight, son of Augustus Knight, on 26 June 1948.¹
     From 26 June 1948, her married name became Knight.¹

     Lt.-Cdr. Kenneth MacKenzie Knight is the son of Augustus Knight.¹ He married Gillian Mary Byass, daughter of Sir Geoffrey Robert Sidney Byass, 2nd Bt. and Marian Bruce, on 26 June 1948.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Commander in the Royal Naval Reserve.¹

     Augustus Knight lived at 56 Eton Court, London, England.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the Merchant Navy.¹

     Nigel Geoffrey Knight was born on 15 February 1950.¹ He is the son of Lt.-Cdr. Kenneth MacKenzie Knight and Gillian Mary Byass.¹
     He was educated at Clifton College, Clifton, Bristol, England.¹

     Simon Gerald Knight was born on 8 July 1954.¹ He is the son of Lt.-Cdr. Kenneth MacKenzie Knight and Gillian Mary Byass.¹

     Daphne Caroline Byass was born on 13 March 1925.¹ She is the daughter of Sir Geoffrey Robert Sidney Byass, 2nd Bt. and Marian Bruce.¹ She married, firstly, Major Ian Guy Mathews, son of Lt.-Col. Stanley Mathews, on 18 June 1949.¹ She married, secondly, Lt.-Col. William Roland Lawson, son of William Edward Lawson, on 3 September 1962.¹
     From 18 June 1949, her married name became Mathews.¹ From 3 September 1962, her married name became Lawson.¹
