     Walter Richard Gough was born in 1816.¹ He was the son of Richard Gough and Sophia Cheslyn.¹ He died in 1839, after over-straining his heart rowing for Cambridge against Oxford, unmarried.¹

     Harry Gough was born in 1817.¹ He was the son of Richard Gough and Sophia Cheslyn.¹ He died, unmarried.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 25th Regiment of Foot.¹

     John Charles Gough was born in 1821.¹ He was the son of Richard Gough and Sophia Cheslyn.¹ He died in 1862, unmarried.¹

     Richard Gough was born in 1822.¹ He was the son of Richard Gough and Sophia Cheslyn.¹ He died, unmarried.¹

     Frederic William Gough was born in 1824.¹ He was the son of Richard Gough and Sophia Cheslyn.¹ He married Isabella Rebecca Davies, daughter of William Davies and Isabella Gethin Creagh, on 8 October 1848 at Auckland, New Zealand.¹ He died on 19 June 1908.¹
     He fought in the Crimean War.¹ He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1875.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹

     Isabella Rebecca Davies was born circa 1832.¹ She was the daughter of William Davies and Isabella Gethin Creagh.¹ She married Frederic William Gough, son of Richard Gough and Sophia Cheslyn, on 8 October 1848 at Auckland, New Zealand.¹ She died on 3 November 1921.¹
     From 8 October 1848, her married name became Gough.¹

     Astley Richard Arthur Gough was the son of Frederic William Gough and Isabella Rebecca Davies.¹ He died, unmarried.¹

     Sophia Mary Lincoln Gough was the daughter of Frederic William Gough and Isabella Rebecca Davies.¹ She married William Lowes Rushton, son of Edward Rushton.¹ She died in 1934.¹
     Her married name became Rushton.¹

     William Lowes Rushton was born circa 1816.¹ He was the son of Edward Rushton.¹ He married Sophia Mary Lincoln Gough, daughter of Frederic William Gough and Isabella Rebecca Davies.¹ He died in 1900.¹
     He wrote the book several works on Shakespeare.¹ He was admitted to Gray’s Inn entitled to practise as a barrister-at-law.¹

     Edward Rushton is the son of Edward Rushton.¹
     He held the office of stipendiary Magistrate of Liverpool.¹ He was admitted to Middle Temple entitled to practise as a barrister-at-law.¹
