     Charles Edward Barrett-Lennard was born on 13 January 1835.¹ He was the son of Thomas Barrett-Lennard and Mary Shedden.¹ He married, firstly, Fanny Darnell, daughter of Reverend D. Darnell, on 18 February 1856.¹ He married, secondly, Anna Meredith Harris, daughter of Chaplin Aaron Harris, on 4 December 1873.¹ He died on 17 July 1874 at age 39.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 5th Dragoon Guards.¹

     Fanny Darnell was the daughter of Reverend D. Darnell.¹ She married Charles Edward Barrett-Lennard, son of Thomas Barrett-Lennard and Mary Shedden, on 18 February 1856.¹ She died on 5 April 1857.¹
     Her married name became Barrett-Lennard.

     Reverend D. Darnell was the Rector at Welton, Northamptonshire, England^G.¹

     Emma Frances Mary Barrett-Lennard was the daughter of Charles Edward Barrett-Lennard and Fanny Darnell.¹ She died on 29 February 1860, young.¹

     Anna Meredith Harris is the daughter of Chaplin Aaron Harris.¹ She married Charles Edward Barrett-Lennard, son of Thomas Barrett-Lennard and Mary Shedden, on 4 December 1873.¹
     Her married name became Barrett-Lennard.

     Chaplin Aaron Harris lived at Evergreen, Baltimore, Maryland, U.S.A.^G.¹

     Reverend John Barrett-Lennard was born on 20 February 1839.¹ He was the son of Thomas Barrett-Lennard and Mary Shedden.¹ He married Isabella Jane Loraine, daughter of Sir John Lambton Loraine, 10th Bt., on 9 April 1861.¹ He died on 13 December 1898 at age 59.¹
     He graduated from Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Engineers.¹ He was the Rector at Crawley, Sussex, England^G.¹

     Isabella Jane Loraine was the daughter of Sir John Lambton Loraine, 10th Bt.¹ She married Reverend John Barrett-Lennard, son of Thomas Barrett-Lennard and Mary Shedden, on 9 April 1861.¹ She died on 29 March 1933.
     Her married name became Barrett-Lennard.

     Reverend Herbert Loraine Barrett-Lennard was born on 9 October 1863.¹ He was the son of Reverend John Barrett-Lennard and Isabella Jane Loraine.¹ He married Beatrice Ella Fox, daughter of Walter Fox, on 27 November 1928.¹ He died on 13 June 1934 at age 70.¹
     He was educated at Selwyn College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G.¹ He was the Rector at Crawley, Sussex, England^G.¹
