     Sir Charles Mills, 1st Bt. was born on 23 January 1792.² He was the son of William Mills and Elizabeth Digby.³ He married Emily Cox, daughter of Richard Henry Cox, on 14 February 1825.² He died on 4 October 1872 at age 80.²
     He was created 1st Baronet Mills [U.K.] on 17 November 1868.²

     Henry Strickland-Constable was born on 18 March 1821.² He was the son of Sir George Cholmley, 7th Bt. and Mary Constable.² He married Cornelia Charlotte Anne Dumaresq, daughter of Colonel Henry Dumaresq and Lady Elizabeth Sophia Butler-Danvers, on 28 April 1859.² He died on 20 March 1909 at age 88.²
     He was given the name of Henry Strickland at birth.² In 1862 his name was legally changed to Henry Strickland-Constable by Royal Licence. He graduated from Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)² He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹ He lived at Wassand, Yorkshire, England^G.²

     John Edmund Banbury was born on 15 November 1914.¹ He is the son of Edmund Banbury and Lady Beatrice Mary Capell.¹ He married Lelia Elizabeth Russell, daughter of Gilbert Russell, on 4 April 1941.¹

     Louisa Augusta Venables-Vernon was the daughter of Most Rev. and Rt. Hon. Edward Vernon-Harcourt and Lady Anne Leveson-Gower.^2,3 She married Sir John Vanden-Bempde-Johnstone, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Richard Vanden-Bempde-Johnstone, 1st Bt. and Margaret Scott, on 14 June 1825.³ She died on 4 August 1869.³
     From 14 June 1825, her married name became Vanden-Bempde-Johnstone.

     Sybil Lyne-Stephens was the daughter of Henry Alexander Claremont Lyne-Stephens.¹ She married Major Sir Henry Edward Paston-Bedingfeld, 8th Bt., son of Sir Henry George Paston-Bedingfeld, 7th Bt. and Augusta Lucy Clavering, on 21 June 1904.¹ She died on 13 May 1985.¹
     Her married name became Paston-Bedingfeld.

     Edward Southwell Trafford was born in 1838. He was the son of Edward William Trafford and Louisa Thistlethwayte.² He married, firstly, Mary Geraldine Paston-Bedingfeld, daughter of Sir Henry Richard Paston-Bedingfeld, 6th Bt. and Margaret Anne Paston, on 8 October 1867.² He married, secondly, Hon. Eleanor Mary Petre, daughter of William Bernard Petre, 12th Baron Petre and Mary Theresa Clifford, on 25 August 1880.² He died on 2 August 1912.²
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)² He lived at Wroxham Hall, Norfolk, England^G.²

     Edward Walker lived at Henbury Manor, Wimborne, Dorset, England^G.¹

     Sub-Lt. Leopold Edward Vanden-Bempde-Johnstone was born on 6 April 1897.¹ He was the son of Edward Henry Vanden-Bempde-Johnstone and Hon. Evelyn Mary Agar-Ellis.² He died on 31 May 1916 at age 19, killed in action.²
     He gained the rank of Sub-Lieutenant in the Royal Navy.² He fought in the Battle of Jutland on 31 May 1916.²

     Patrick Robin Gilbert Vanden-Bempde-Johnstone, 4th Baron Derwent was born on 26 October 1901.² He was the son of Edward Henry Vanden-Bempde-Johnstone and Hon. Evelyn Mary Agar-Ellis.³ He married Marie-Louise Henriette Picard, daughter of Albert Picard, on 7 December 1929.² He died in 1986.²
     He was educated at Charterhouse School, Godalming, Surrey, England^G.³ He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England^G.² On 14 August 1929 he was granted the rank of a baron’s younger son.² He gained the rank of Major in the King’s Royal Rifle Corps.² He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Vanden-Bempde-Johnstone, of Hackness Hall, Yorkshire [G.B., 1795] on 12 January 1949.³ He succeeded as the 4th Baron Derwent, of Hackness, in the North Riding of co. York [U.K., 1881] on 12 January 1949.³ He held the office of Junior Oppisition Whip, House of Lords between 1950 and 1951.² He held the office of Minister of State, Board of Trade between 1962 and 1963.² He held the office of Minister of State, Home Office between 1963 and 1964.² He held the office of Deputy Speaker, House of Lords between 1970 and 1986.² He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1974.²

     Marie-Louise Henriette Picard was the daughter of Albert Picard.³ She married, firstly, Brigadier Philip Stafford Myburgh before 1929.¹ She married, secondly, Patrick Robin Gilbert Vanden-Bempde-Johnstone, 4th Baron Derwent, son of Edward Henry Vanden-Bempde-Johnstone and Hon. Evelyn Mary Agar-Ellis, on 7 December 1929.¹ She died in 1985.¹
     From before 1929, her married name became Myburgh.¹ After her marriage, Marie-Louise Henriette Picard was styled as Baroness Derwent on 7 December 1929. From 7 December 1929, her married name became Vanden-Bempde-Johnstone.
