     Lt.-Col. Lamington Baillie was born circa 1762 at Scotland.¹ He was the son of William Baillie and Mary Mackay.¹ He died in December 1806, at sea, onboard the East Indiaman Skelton Castle when it disappeared without a trace.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Bengal Army.¹

     Kathrine Baillie was born in 1752 at Scotland.¹ She was the daughter of William Baillie and Mary Mackay.¹ She married William Scott, son of Hector Scott and Maryann Mackenzie, on 30 November 1789 at Inverness, Inverness-shire, Scotland.¹ She died in 1816 at Scotland.¹
     From 30 November 1789, her married name became Scott.¹

     William Scott was born circa 1744 at Scotland.¹ He was the son of Hector Scott and Maryann Mackenzie.¹ He married Anna Mackenzie in 1767 at Inverness, Inverness-shire, Scotland.¹ He married Kathrine Baillie, daughter of William Baillie and Mary Mackay, on 30 November 1789 at Inverness, Inverness-shire, Scotland.¹ He died on 24 September 1823 at Inverness, Inverness-shire, Scotland.¹

     Hector Scott was born in 1706.¹ He married Maryann Mackenzie on 2 June 1731 at Inverness, Inverness-shire, Scotland.¹ He died on 12 January 1776 at Inverness, Inverness-shire, Scotland.¹

     Maryann Mackenzie was born in 1708.¹ She married Hector Scott on 2 June 1731 at Inverness, Inverness-shire, Scotland.¹ She died on 21 February 1790.¹
     From 2 June 1731, her married name became Scott.¹

     Mackay Hugh Scott was born on 15 September 1790 at Inverness, Inverness-shire, Scotland.¹ He was the son of William Scott and Kathrine Baillie.¹ He married Barbara Baillie on 3 May 1814 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.¹ He died on 8 March 1841 at age 50.¹

     Barbara Baillie was born in 1797.¹ She married Mackay Hugh Scott, son of William Scott and Kathrine Baillie, on 3 May 1814 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.¹ She died on 8 March 1841 at Edimnburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.¹
     From 3 May 1814, her married name became Scott.¹

     Barbara Baillie Scott was born circa 1817 at Duddingston, Midlothian, Scotland.¹ She was the daughter of Mackay Hugh Scott and Barbara Baillie.¹ She married John Balfour Ireland on 17 May 1843 at St. Cuthbert’s Church, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.¹
     From 17 May 1843, her married name became Ireland.¹

     John Balfour Ireland was born on 1 November 1821 at North Leith, Midlothian, Scotland.¹ He married Barbara Baillie Scott, daughter of Mackay Hugh Scott and Barbara Baillie, on 17 May 1843 at St. Cuthbert’s Church, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.¹ He died on 25 December 1860 at age 39 at 14 Gayfield Square, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.¹
