     Sarah Rudd was the daughter of Stephen Rudd.¹ She married Henry Roper-Curzon, 15th Baron Teynham, son of Henry Francis Roper-Curzon, 14th Baron Teynham and Bridget Hawkins, on 12 December 1839.¹ She died on 18 August 1855.¹
     From 12 December 1839, her married name became Roper-Curzon.¹ After her marriage, Sarah Rudd was styled as Baroness Teynham on 8 March 1842.

     Stephen Rudd lived at Merrion Lodge, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.¹

     Elizabeth Jay was the daughter of William Jay.¹ She married George Henry Roper-Curzon, 16th Baron Teynham, son of Henry Francis Roper-Curzon, 14th Baron Teynham and Bridget Hawkins, on 21 January 1873.¹ She died on 12 May 1895, without issue.¹
     After her marriage, Elizabeth Jay was styled as Baroness Teynham on 21 January 1873. From 21 January 1873, her married name became Roper-Curzon.¹

     Robert Charteris, 8th of Amisfield was the son of John Charteris, 7th of Amisfield and Elizabeth Somerville.¹ He married Marion Johnstone on 2 June 1532.¹ He died circa January 1535.¹
     He held the office of Messenger of King James V.¹

     John Charteris, 7th of Amisfield was the son of Robert Charteris of Gaitslakis.¹ He married Elizabeth Somerville, daughter of Sir John Somerville, 1st of Cambusnethan and Elizabeth Carmichael.¹ He died in 1526/27.¹

     Elizabeth Somerville was the daughter of Sir John Somerville, 1st of Cambusnethan and Elizabeth Carmichael.¹ She married John Charteris, 7th of Amisfield, son of Robert Charteris of Gaitslakis.¹ She died before 1511.¹
     Her married name became Charteris.¹

     Robert Charteris of Gaitslakis died before 1506.¹
