     He was created 1st Baronet Darell [England] on 13 June 1622.

     He lived at Stobbilee, County Durham, England.¹

     Thomas Legh is the son of John Legh and Mary Darell.¹ He married Mary Greenwell.¹
     He held the office of Recorder of Cheshire.¹ He graduated from Magdalen College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1668 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He was Deputy Steward of the Forest of Macclesfield in 1688.¹

     Thomas Legh was the son of Thomas Legh and Mary Greenwell.¹ He married Susanna Lowe in 1687.¹ He died in 1703.¹
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Newton, Lancashire between 1698 and 1703.¹

     Susanna Lowe married Thomas Legh, son of Thomas Legh and Mary Greenwell, in 1687.¹ She died in 1701.¹
