     Reverend Arthur Lewis Babington Peile was born on 10 September 1810.¹ He was the son of Reverend Benjamin Peile and Angel Babington.¹ He married Ellen Olivia Sheppard in 1863.¹ He died in 1911.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.¹ He was educated at Jesus College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.¹ He was Honorary Chaplain to HM Queen Victoria in 1881.¹ He held the office of Chaplain-in-Ordinary to HM Queen Victoria in 1884.¹ He was appointed Commander, Royal Victorian Order (C.V.O.) in 1908.¹

     Ellen Olivia Sheppard was born in 1840.¹ She married Reverend Arthur Lewis Babington Peile, son of Reverend Benjamin Peile and Angel Babington, in 1863.¹
     From 1863, her married name became Peile.¹

     Angel Babington Peile was born in 1832.¹ She was the daughter of Reverend Benjamin Peile and Angel Babington.¹ She married Alexander Watson Mackenzie in April 1857.¹ She died on 1 August 1911.¹
     From April 1857, her married name became Mackenzie.¹

     Alexander Watson Mackenzie was born on 31 August 1827.¹ He married Angel Babington Peile, daughter of Reverend Benjamin Peile and Angel Babington, in April 1857.¹ He died in 1899.¹

     Beatrice Anna Mackenzie was born on 28 November 1862.¹ She was the daughter of Alexander Watson Mackenzie and Angel Babington Peile.¹ She married Robert Scarlett Fraser-Mackenzie in 1887.¹ She died on 10 June 1940 at age 77.¹
     From 1887, her married name became Fraser-Mackenzie.¹ She was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.)¹

     Ellen Georgiana Babington Peile was born in 1833.¹ She was the daughter of Reverend Benjamin Peile and Angel Babington.¹ She married Charles Theophilus Metcalfe, son of Sir Thomas Theophilus Metcalfe, 4th Bt. and Félicité Anne Browne, on 27 August 1857.² She died on 8 April 1878.¹
     From 27 August 1857, her married name became Metcalfe.¹

     Sir Theophius John Massie Metcalfe, 7th Bt. was born on 17 June 1866.² He was the son of Charles Theophilus Metcalfe and Ellen Georgiana Babington Peile.¹ He married Evna Vyvienne Celia Wright, daughter of William Marcus Wright and Adelia Munson, on 29 January 1925.² He died on 11 September 1950 at age 84 at Wellington, New Zealand.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.¹ He was educated at Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester, Gloucestershire, England.¹ He held the office of Deputy Commissioner for Burma in 1903.¹ He succeeded as the 7th Baronet Metcalfe, of Chilton, co. Berks [U.K., 1802] on 29 December 1928.²

     Lt.-Col. Eric Debonnaire Theophilus Metcalfe was born on 2 March 1889.² He was the son of Charles Theophilus Metcalfe and Esther Eddis.^1,3 He married Winifred Crampton Shackle, daughter of Edward Neild Shackle, on 8 February 1915.³ He died on 29 December 1934 at age 45.²
     He fought in the First World War between 1914 and 1918, where he was mentioned in dispatches.³ He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.)³ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Royal Army Service Corps.³ He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)³

     Winifred Crampton Shackle is the daughter of Edward Neild Shackle.¹ She married Lt.-Col. Eric Debonnaire Theophilus Metcalfe, son of Charles Theophilus Metcalfe and Esther Eddis, on 8 February 1915.¹
     From 8 February 1915, her married name became Metcalfe.¹

     Sir Theophilus John Metcalfe, 8th Bt. was born on 15 October 1916.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Col. Eric Debonnaire Theophilus Metcalfe and Winifred Crampton Shackle.¹ He died on 11 February 1979 at age 62.²
     He was educated at Haileybury College, Haileybury, Hertfordshire, England.³ He succeeded as the 8th Baronet Metcalfe, of Chilton, co. Berks [U.K., 1802] on 11 September 1950.⁴ On his death, his baronetcy became extinct.¹
