     Sir Richard Mauleverer, 2nd Bt. was born circa 1623.1 He was the son of Sir Thomas Mauleverer, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Wilbraham.1 He married Anne Clerke, daughter of Sir Robert Clerke, on 10 July 1642.1 He died in July 1675.1
     He gained the title of 2nd Baronet Mauleverer. He was appointed Knight on 27 March 1645.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Boroughbridge between 1661 and 1675.1

     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Boroughbridge.1 He gained the title of 1st Baronet Mauleverer on 2 August 1641.
