Cecil Vernon Wingfield-Stratford and Rosalind Isabel Bligh.¹ She married Cecil Ireland Blackburne, son of William Peter Blackburne-Maze, on 25 February 1915.¹ She married Lt.-Col. Lawrence Francis Garrett, son of Lewis Edward Garrett, on 2 August 1929.¹ She died circa 1975.¹
     From 25 February 1915, her married name became Blackburne.¹ From 2 August 1929, her married name became Garrett.¹

     Cecil Ireland Blackburne was born on 3 June 1889.² He was the son of William Peter Blackburne-Maze.¹ He married Rosalind Frances Cecily Wingfield-Stratford, daughter of Brig.-Gen. Cecil Vernon Wingfield-Stratford and Rosalind Isabel Bligh, on 25 February 1915.¹ He died on 14 December 1963 at age 74.¹
     He was given the name of Cecil Ireland Blackburne-Maze at birth.¹ On 5 August 1914 his name was legally changed to Cecil Ireland Blackburne by Royal Licence.¹
