     Captain Noah Dalway was born circa 1746.1 He was the son of Noah Webb and Mehetabella Dalway.1 He married Eleanor Benning, daughter of Ven. Archdeacon Conway Benning.1 He died on 17 July 1820.1
     He was given the name of Noah Webb at birth.1 He lived at Bella Hill, County Antrim, Ireland.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Navy.1 On 8 April 1795 his name was legally changed to Noah Dalway.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Carrickfergus between 1801 and 1802.1
