     Katherine Menteith is the daughter of William Menteith, 10th of Kerse and Marion Bruce.¹ She married Sir Andrew Murray of Balvaird and Arngask, son of Sir Andrew Murray of Balvaird and Arngask and Margaret Crichton.¹
     Her married name became Murray.¹

     Margaret Hepburn married William Menteith, 11th of Kerse, son of William Menteith, 10th of Kerse and Marion Bruce, before 13 February 1598.¹
     From before 13 February 1598, her married name became Menteith.¹

     Billy Scott du Plessis was born in 2009.¹ He is the son of Piers Raymond du Plessis and Lynn Michelle Saffy.¹

     From 6 January 1911, her married name became Pitcairn.¹

     David Pitcairn, 16th of Pitcairn and Forthar was the son of Henry Pitcairn, 15th of Pitcairn and Forthar and Isabella Balfour.¹ He married Mariota Menteith, daughter of William Menteith, 11th of Kerse and Isobell Hamilton, on 6 January 1911.¹ He died in 1653.¹

     Henry Pitcairn, 15th of Pitcairn and Forthar is the son of John Pitcairn, 14th of Pitcairn and Agnes Ayton.¹ He married Isabella Balfour, daughter of Michael Balfour, 3rd of Montquhannie and Mariota Adamson, on 1 May 1586.² He died in 1626.²

     Helen Frances Letitia ffolliott Staveley was born on 2 October 1894 at Emsworth, Hampshire, England. She was the daughter of Robert Staveley and Helen ffolliott Singer.
