     Her married name became Mackenzie.¹

     Alexander Mackenzie, 2nd of Delvine was born on 6 February 1697.¹ He was the son of John Mackenzie, 1st of Delvine and Margaret Hay.¹ He married Anne Fothringham, daughter of Thomas Fothringham, 14th of Powrie and Anne Ogilvy.¹ He died on 5 July 1737 at age 40.¹
     He was a practising Writer to the Signet (W.S.)¹
