     Sir Ralph Rice was born circa 1781.¹ He was the son of John Rice and Frances Plumbe.¹ He married Anne Lydia Bourke, daughter of Edmund Fearon Bourke and Mary Goodin, on 16 March 1809 at Exmouth, Devon, England.¹ He died on 3 July 1850 at 6 Royal Crescent, Brighton, Sussex, England.¹
     He graduated from Oriel College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1802 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He graduated from Oriel College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1805 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He was admitted to Inner Temple in 1805 entitled to practise as a barrister.¹ He held the office of Recorder of Penang.¹ He held the office of Senior Puisne Judge of the Supreme Court [Bombay].¹ He was appointed Knight on 29 May 1817.¹

     Mary Goodin was the daughter of George Robert Goodin.¹ She married Edmund Fearon Bourke in 1770.¹ She died in 1800.¹
     From 1770, her married name became Bourke.¹

     George Robert Goodin was born in 1735.² He was the son of George Goodin and Mary (?)² He married Elizabeth Cleaver after 1760.² He died in 1799.²

     Elizabeth Ann Catherine Bourke was baptised on 18 November 1783 at St. Dorothy, Jamaica.¹ She was the daughter of Edmund Fearon Bourke and Mary Goodin.¹

     Edmund Fearon Bourke was born circa 1794.¹ He was the son of Edmund Fearon Bourke and Mary Goodin.¹ He died on 18 June 1831 at Devizes, Wiltshire, England, without issue.¹ He was buried on 25 June 1831 at St. John the Baptist, Devizes, Wiltshire, England.¹

     Georgina Jane Murry Curtis married Arthur Hastings Lascelles on 27 October 1877.¹
     From 27 October 1877, her married name became Lascelles.¹

     Lt.-Col. Ronald Hastings Lascelles is the son of Arthur Hastings Lascelles and Georgina Jane Murry Curtis.¹
     He fought in the Boer War.¹ He fought in the First World War.¹ He was awarded the Legion d’Honneur.¹

     John Burgess married Suzannah Nicolls, daughter of Richard Nicolls.¹

     Suzannah Nicolls is the daughter of Richard Nicolls.¹ She married, firstly, John Burgess.¹ She married, secondly, Peter Middleton in November 1766.¹
     Her married name became Burgess.¹ From November 1766, her married name became Middleton.¹

     Peter Middleton married Suzannah Nicolls, daughter of Richard Nicolls, in November 1766.¹
