     Bryan John Stapleton was born on 6 January 1831.¹ He was the son of Thomas Stapleton and Henrietta Lavinia Anster.¹ He married Mary Helen Alicia Dolman, daughter of John Thomas Dolman, on 24 June 1857.¹ He died on 21 March 1903 at age 72.¹
     He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Yorkshire.¹

     Louis Henry Stapleton was born on 25 July 1874.¹ He was the son of John Stapleton and Frances Dorothea King.¹ He married Annetta Lima Smith Perossi, daughter of A. Perossi, on 2 July 1908.¹ He died on 9 February 1949 at age 74.¹
     He fought in the Matabele War in 1893.¹ He fought in the Jameson’s Raid in 1895, where he was wounded.¹ He fought in the Boer War between 1899 and 1900.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Army Service Corps.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 19th Hussars.¹ He fought in the First World War.¹

     Frances Ursula Makepeace Greswolde-Williams was born in 1906 at Bredenbury Court, Bromyard, Herefordshire, England.¹ She is the daughter of Francis Wigley Greswolde Greswolde-Williams and Anna Louisa Ross.¹

     Annetta Lima Smith Perossi was the daughter of A. Perossi.¹ She married Louis Henry Stapleton, son of John Stapleton and Frances Dorothea King, on 2 July 1908.¹ She died on 24 January 1956.¹
     From 2 July 1908, her married name became Stapleton.¹

     Diana Enid Violet Dorothea Stapleton is the daughter of Louis Henry Stapleton and Annetta Lima Smith Perossi.¹ She married Major Allan William Vaughan Eley on 30 September 1939.¹
     From 30 September 1939, her married name became Eley.¹ She lived in 2003 at The Cottage, Sonning Common, Oxfordshire, England.¹
