     Edward Dyke-Poore was born in 1815 at Wiltshire, England.¹ He married Frances Maria Williams, daughter of Reverend James Williams, on 2 April 1840 at Frenchay, Bristol, England.¹

     Frances Maria Williams was born in 1808 at Poulshot, Wiltshire, England.¹ She was the daughter of Reverend James Williams.¹ She married Edward Dyke-Poore on 2 April 1840 at Frenchay, Bristol, England.¹ She died in 1873.¹

     Daniel Defoe was born on 26 January 1660 at Cripplegate, St. Giles, London, England.¹ He was the son of James Foe and Alice Marsh.¹ He married Mary Tuffley, daughter of John Tuffley and Joan Rawlins, in 1684.¹ He died on 24 April 1731 at age 71.¹
     He was given the name of Daniel Foe at birth.¹ He wrote the book Robinson Crusoe.¹

     Mary Tuffley was born in 1659.¹ She was the daughter of John Tuffley and Joan Rawlins.¹ She married Daniel Defoe, son of James Foe and Alice Marsh, in 1684.¹ She died in 1752.¹
     From 1684, her married name became Defoe.¹
