     Catherine Ann Johnstone is the daughter of H. B. L. Johnstone.¹ She married Hon. Christopher Ashton Elworthy, son of Marshal of the Royal Air Force Samuel Charles Elworthy, Baron Elworthy and Audrey Hutchinson.¹
     Her married name became Elworthy.¹
