     From 19 June 1945, her married name became van Asch.¹

     Constance Mary Miller was born on 13 July 1908 at Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand.¹ She was the daughter of Walter McNair Miller and Caroline Manners Gascoyne.¹ She died on 21 August 2009 at age 101 at Duart Hospital, Havelock North, New Zealand.¹

     Ruth Bonar Cecil Miller was born on 5 October 1911 at Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand.¹ She was the daughter of Walter McNair Miller and Caroline Manners Gascoyne.¹ She married James Joseph Faulkner on 19 February 1947.¹ She died in 2001 at New Zealand.¹

     Francis Bamber Gascoyne Miller was born on 31 December 1917 at Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand.¹ He was the son of Walter McNair Miller and Caroline Manners Gascoyne.¹ He married Alison Luke on 24 February 1949.¹ He died on 2 August 2013 at age 95 at Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand.¹

     Derick van Asch married Marion Amy Gascoyne Miller, daughter of Walter McNair Miller and Caroline Manners Gascoyne, on 19 June 1945.¹ He died on 24 May 1997.¹

     James Joseph Faulkner was born on 22 October 1881.¹ He married Ruth Bonar Cecil Miller, daughter of Walter McNair Miller and Caroline Manners Gascoyne, on 19 February 1947.¹ He died in 1980 at New Zealand.¹
