Herbert Albert Laurens Fisher was born on 21 March 1865.1 He was the son of Herbert William Fisher and Mary Louisa Jackson.1 He married Lettice Ilbert in 1899.1 He died on 18 April 1940 at age 75 at St. Thomas’s Hospital, London, England, after being knocked down by a lorry the week before.1
