Street, in April 1887.¹ He married, thirdly, Susan Williams, daughter of John Vivian Williams, on 27 September 1906.¹ He died on 6 February 1914 at age 70, without issue.¹
     He gained the rank of Sub-Lieutenant in the Royal Navy.¹ He gained the rank of with the Queensland Mounted Police between 1872 and 1905.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in 1885 in the Queensland Naval Defence Force.¹ He was Commandant of the Commonwealth Naval Forces in Queensland in 1903.¹
