     Elizabeth Serjeantson was baptised on 12 January 1807 at Kirkby Knowle, Yorkshire, England.¹ She was the daughter of Reverend James Serjeantson and Mary Bell.¹ She married John Wood, son of Ottiwell Wood and Grace Grundy, on 9 December 1828 at Kirby Knowle, Yorkshire, England.¹
     From 9 December 1828, her married name became Wood.¹

     John Wood was born on 4 November 1789.¹ He was the son of Ottiwell Wood and Grace Grundy.¹ He married Elizabeth Serjeantson, daughter of Reverend James Serjeantson and Mary Bell, on 9 December 1828 at Kirby Knowle, Yorkshire, England.¹ He died on 10 October 1856 at age 66.¹
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.)¹ He lived at Edge Hill, Liverpool, Lancashire, England.¹ He was educated in 1806 at Glasgow University, Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Scotland.¹ He was admitted to Inner Temple in 1825.¹

     Grace Grundy is the daughter of John Grundy.¹ She married Ottiwell Wood.¹

     Emma Mary Serjeantson was baptised on 7 November 1805 at Kirkby Knowle, Yorkshire, England.¹ She was the daughter of Reverend James Serjeantson and Mary Bell.¹ She married Josiah Stokes, son of Henry Stokes and Mary Ann Marshall, in 1841 at Thirsk, Yorkshire, England.¹
     From 1841, her married name became Stokes.¹

     Emily Serjeantson was baptised on 13 July 1808 at Kirkby Knowle, Yorkshire, England.¹ She was the daughter of Reverend James Serjeantson and Mary Bell.¹ She married Henry Haffey Bean, son of Willoughby Bean, on 22 June 1847 at Knotty Ash, Liverpool, Lancashire, England.¹ She died on 9 January 1851 at age 42 at Bath, Somerset, England.¹
     From 22 June 1847, her married name became Bean.¹

     Major James Hobson Serjeantson was baptised on 16 October 1797 at Kirkby Knowle, Yorkshire, England.¹ He was the son of Reverend James Serjeantson and Mary Bell.¹ He died on 18 November 1841 at age 44 at Amherst, India, from jungle fever.¹
     He gained the rank of Major in the 50th (Queen’s Own) Regiment.¹
