     He was educated at Nautical College, Pangbourne, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He was educated at Southampton University, Southampton, Hampshire, England.¹ He was a theatre manager.¹ He was with the Merchant Navy.¹ He lived in 2003 at 26 Roehampton Close, Roehampton Lane, London, England.¹

     Hon. Sally Anne Marie Gabrielle Vivian was born on 22 September 1930.¹ She is the daughter of Anthony Crespigny Claude Vivian, 5th Baron Vivian of Glynn and of Truro and Victoria Ruth Mary Rosamund Oliphant.¹ She married, firstly, William Robin Charles Edward Cecil Lowe, son of John Muir Lowe, on 31 August 1954.¹ She and William Robin Charles Edward Cecil Lowe were divorced in 1962.¹ She married, secondly, Charles William Munro Wilson, son of Charles Skinner Wilson and Sheila Gordon Ross, on 15 November 1963.²
     Her married name became Lowe. From 15 November 1963, her married name became Wilson.² She lived in 2003 at 150 Cranmer Court, Whiteheads Grove, London, England.¹

     William Robin Charles Edward Cecil Lowe is the son of John Muir Lowe.¹ He married Hon. Sally Anne Marie Gabrielle Vivian, daughter of Anthony Crespigny Claude Vivian, 5th Baron Vivian of Glynn and of Truro and Victoria Ruth Mary Rosamund Oliphant, on 31 August 1954.¹ He and Hon. Sally Anne Marie Gabrielle Vivian were divorced in 1962.¹

     He gained the title of Freiherr von Washington. He gained the rank of Cavalry Captain.¹ He was awarded the Knight, Order of St. John of Prussia.¹

     Gisela Gräfin Welser von Welsersheimb was born on 25 August 1857 at Poels^G. She was the daughter of Vincenz Graf Welser von Welsersheimb.¹ She married Georg Freiherr von Washington, son of Maximilian Emanuel Freiherr von Washington and Elizabeth Marie Friederike von Holstein-Gottorp, Herzogin von Oldenburg, on 27 March 1883 at Schloss Pöls, Graz, Austria^G.¹ She died on 1 July 1913 at age 55 at Schloss Pöls, Graz, Austria^G.¹
     Her married name became von Washington.

     Stephan Ludwig Freiherr von Washington was born on 17 June 1858 at Schloss Pöls, Graz, Austria^G. He was the son of Maximilian Emanuel Freiherr von Washington and Elizabeth Marie Friederike von Holstein-Gottorp, Herzogin von Oldenburg. He died on 10 September 1899 at age 41 at Palermo, Sicily, Italy^G.
