     Reverend Andrew Ross was born in 1727 at Balsarroch, Scotland.1 He was the son of George Ross and Sarah McDowall.1 He married, firstly, Elizabeth Corsane, daughter of Robert Corsane, on 21 July 1761.1 He married, secondly, Mary Kincaid on 7 September 1784.1 He died on 14 December 1787.1
     He was Minister in 1762 at Inch.1
