     Gwendolen Aldridge was the daughter of Leonard Aldridge.¹ She married, firstly, William Robert Stanley Prescott, son of Sir William Henry Prescott, 1st Bt. and Bessie Stanley, on 29 September 1939.¹ She and William Robert Stanley Prescott were divorced in 1951.¹ She married, secondly, Daniel Orme after 1951.¹ She died in 1992.¹
     From 29 September 1939, her married name became Prescott.¹ From after 1951, her married name became Orme.¹

     Leonard Aldridge lived at South Kensington, London, England.¹ He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.)¹
