     He was educated at Leamington College, Leamington, Warwickshire, England^G.² He was commissioned in 1854, in the service of the Bombay Army.² He was educated at Wimbledon College, Wimbledon, London, England^G.² He fought in the Persian Campaign in 1857.² He fought in the Indian Mutiny between 1858 and 1859.² He fought in the China War in 1860.² He fought in the Abyssinian War between 1867 and 1867.² He fought in the Afghan War between 1878 and 1879.² He was Quartermaster-General of the Bengal Army between 1880 and 1885.² He gained the rank of Major-General in 1890.² He gained the rank of Lieutenant-General in 1893.¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.) in June 1904.^1,2

     Colonel Reginald Hawkins Greenstreet was born in 1865 at Guernsey, Channel Islands.¹ He married Kathleen Mildred Seymour Knyvett, daughter of Sir Carey John Knyvett and Emily Frederica Wedderburn, in 1898.¹

     Eric Reginald Greenstreet was born in 1900.¹ He was the son of Colonel Reginald Hawkins Greenstreet and Kathleen Mildred Seymour Knyvett.¹ He died in 1978.¹

     Alice Dulhunty was born circa 1850 at Australia.¹ She married Francis Knyvett, son of Francis Knyvett and Ann Turner.¹
     Her married name became Knyvett.¹

     Edmund Francis Knyvett was born in 1879 at Leadville, Australia.¹ He was the son of Francis Knyvett and Alice Dulhunty.¹

     Edmund Dulhunty Knyvett was born in 1914 at Leadville, Australia.¹ He is the son of Edmund Francis Knyvett.¹

     Robert George Dulhunty was born in 1843.¹ He married Julia Zillah Knyvett, daughter of Francis Knyvett and Ann Turner, in 1877 at Dubbo, New South Wales, Australia.¹ He died in 1918.¹

     Reverend John Bromhead Ferrers was born in 1758.¹ He married Lady Charlotte Proby.¹ He died in 1841.¹
