Brigadier Sir Eric Alexander Ogilvy Hutchison, 2nd Bt.1 
He was educated at Edinburgh Academy, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.2 He fought in the First World War between 1914 and 1919, where he was mentioned in dispatches.2 He graduated from Edinburgh University, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland, with a Bachelor of Medicine (M.B.)2 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Hutchison, of Hardiston, co. Kinross [U.K., 1923] on 12 April 1925.2 He graduated from Edinburgh University, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland, in 1937 with a Bachelor of Surgery (Ch.B.)2 He fought in the Second World War between 1939 and 1945, where he was mentioned in dispatches.2 He gained the rank of Brigadier in the Royal Artillery.3 On his death, his baronetcy became extinct.4
