     He was educated in England and the U.S.A.1 He fought in the Second World War.1 He gained the rank of Pilot in the Royal Canadian Air Force.1 He lived at 103 Ashlar Avenue, Nanaimo, Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada.1
