     Ronald Slingsby Campbell Carr-Ellison was born in 1929.¹ He was the son of John Campbell Carr-Ellison and Hermione Daphne Indica Cradock.¹ He died on 28 May 2004 at Beanley, England.¹

     Reginald Ramsden Purdom was the son of Thomas Eadie Purdom.² He married, secondly, Beatrice Stephanie Hope Greeves, daughter of Ridgway Greeves and Bertha Beatrice Eccles, on 31 March 1949.¹ He died on 26 January 1975.¹

     Sarah Leonard Acutt was born in 1884.¹ She was the daughter of Leonard Acutt.² She married Reginald Affleck Greeves, son of Thomas Malcomson Greeves and Georgiana Eliza Jackson, on 18 April 1908.¹ She died on 7 December 1954.¹
     From 18 April 1908, her married name became Greeves.¹

     Patrick Reginald Greeves was born on 16 January 1909.² He was the son of Reginald Affleck Greeves and Sarah Leonard Acutt.² He married Sheila Anne Mahon, daughter of Cyril Patrick Mahon, on 14 January 1939.² He died in March 1999 at age 90 at Plymouth, Devon, England.³
