     She was educated at Kendrick School, Reading, Berkshire, England.¹ From 20 June 1959, her married name became Dewhurst.

     John Dewhurst lived at Preston, Lancashire, England.¹

     John Michael Heyes Dewhurst is the son of John Dewhurst. He married Maureen Strang, daughter of James Strang and Edna Kathleen Kirkman, on 20 June 1959.¹

     Andrew John Dewhurst was born on 22 February 1964.¹ He is the son of John Michael Heyes Dewhurst and Maureen Strang.¹

     Matthew James Dewhurst was born on 29 January 1966.¹ He is the son of John Michael Heyes Dewhurst and Maureen Strang.¹

     Sarah Noelle Dewhurst was born on 22 October 1968.¹ She is the daughter of John Michael Heyes Dewhurst and Maureen Strang.¹

     Martha Francesca Collot d’Escury was born on 4 August 1754 at Gorinchem, The Netherlands.¹ She was the daughter of Simeon Petrus Collot d’Escury, Heer van Over-Sliedrecht and Charlotte Elisabeth van den Burch, Vrouwe van Niemandsvriend, Sliedrecht en Naaldwijk.¹ She married Nicolaas de Gijselaar on 10 September 1781 at Gorinchem, The Netherlands.¹ She died on 26 April 1800 at age 45 at The Hague, The Netherlands.¹

     John Rooke was born in 1887.¹ He was the son of Mortimer Rooke and Frederica Charlotte Louisa Thellusson.¹ He married Rosalind Shippard.¹ He died in 1965.¹

     Elizabeth Strang was the daughter of James Strang and Elizabeth Strang.² She married David Steven Strang, son of James Strang and Margaret Steven, on 14 July 1927.¹ She died in September 1968.¹
