     Francis Perrins-Barnitt was born in 1909 at Horsforth, Yorkshire, England.¹ He was the son of Herbert Perrins-Barnitt and Edith Mary Atkinson.¹ He died in 1979.¹

     He succeeded as the 12th Baronet Wrey, of Trebitch, Cornwall [E., 1628] on 26 January 1917.¹ He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.)¹
