     Mary Cecilia Wakefield Willink was born on 2 July 1893.¹ She was the daughter of Very Rev. John Wakefield Willink and Ruth Agnes Sim.² She married Sir Charles Walter Starmer, son of Charles William Starmer, on 17 October 1929.¹ She died in 1979.¹
     Mary Cecilia Wakefield Willink usually went by her middle name of Cecilia.¹ She held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Darlington in 1941.¹ She was appointed Commander, Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem (C.St.J.)¹ She was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1948.¹

     Helen Dorothy Wakefield Willink was born on 22 January 1895.¹ She was the daughter of Very Rev. John Wakefield Willink and Ruth Agnes Sim.² She married Captain Cyril Ivan Horton, son of Percy Henry Horton, on 31 July 1919.¹ She died in 1989.¹
     From 31 July 1919, her married name became Horton. She held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹

     Percy Henry Horton lived at Mawnan, Cornwall, England.¹

     Captain Cyril Ivan Horton was the son of Percy Henry Horton.² He married Helen Dorothy Wakefield Willink, daughter of Very Rev. John Wakefield Willink and Ruth Agnes Sim, on 31 July 1919.¹ He died on 8 May 1968.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Navy.¹ Captain Cyril Ivan Horton usually went by his middle name of Ivan.¹
