He was educated at Royal Naval College, Dartmouth, Devon, England.1 He fought in the Korean War in 1951.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Marines.1 He fought in the Cyprus Campaign in 1955.1 He was chairman of Parciau Caravans Ltd in 1964.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Commander between 1965 and 1987 in the RNXS.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of Angelsey in 1970.1 He succeeded as the 9th Baronet Williams, of Bodelwyddan, Denbighshire [G.B., 1798] in 1995.2 He lived in 2003 at Old Parciau, Marianglas, Anglesey, Wales.1 On his death, his baronetcy became extinct.3
