     He held the office of Precentor of Bangor Cathedral.¹ He lived at Meillionydd, Caernarvonshire, Wales.¹ He was ancestor of the Williamses of Meillionydd and Ystym Colwyn, whose heiress Anne married Sir Robert Howel Vaughan, Bt, of Nannau.¹

     John Lewis lived at Chwaen Wen, Llantrisant, Anglesey, Wales^G.¹

     Anne Lewis is the daughter of John Lewis.² She married, secondly, Reverend Arthur Williams, son of William Williams and Dorothy Griffith.¹ She married, firstly, Owen Wynn.¹
     Her married name became Wynn.¹ Her married name became Williams.

     Richard Williams is the son of William Williams and Dorothy Griffith.²

     Daniel Nantes was born on 17 October 1795.¹ He was the son of Henry Nantes and Marianne Voguall.¹ He married Mary Golding on 27 April 1826.¹ He died in 1877.¹

     From 27 April 1826, her married name became Nantes.¹

     Christina Adelaide Nantes was born circa 1796 at London, England.¹ She was the daughter of Henry Nantes and Marianne Voguall.¹ She married William Saltren Willett on 1 March 1819.¹ She married James Fadden on 25 November 1825.¹ She died in 1872.¹
     From 1 March 1819, her married name became Willett.¹ From 25 November 1825, her married name became Fadden.¹

     William Saltren Willett married Christina Adelaide Nantes, daughter of Henry Nantes and Marianne Voguall, on 1 March 1819.¹

     John Williams was born on 22 March 1582.¹ He was the son of Edmund Williams and Mary Wynn.³ He died on 25 March 1650 at age 68 at Gloddaeth, Eglws-Rhos, Caernarvonshire, Wales, unmarried.⁴
     He graduated with a Doctor of Divinity (D.D.)¹ He held the office of Lord Keeper of the Great Seal in 1620.¹ He held the office of Bishop of Lincoln between 1621 and 1641.¹ He held the office of Dean of Sarum and Westminster Seal 1620.¹ He bought back Cochwillan and Penrhyn from his cousin Pierce Griffith.¹ He held the office of Archbishop of York between 1641 and 1650.⁴
