He was educated at Bedales Grammar School, Petersfield, Hampshire, EnglandG.2 He was educated at Slade School of Art, London, England.1 He gained the rank of Sub-Lieutenant in the Royal Navy Volunteer Reserve.2 He fought in the First World War, where he was wounded.2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Flying Corps.2 He was an artist.2 He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Wedgwood, of Barlaston, co. Stafford [U.K., 1942] on 26 July 1943.2
