     Dorothy Katharine Walker was born on 12 July 1883.¹ She was the daughter of Edwyn Walker and Elizabeth Bethell.² She married Lt.-Col. Francis Bertie Brewis, son of Samuel Richard Brewis and Frances Caroline Williams-Wynn, on 7 August 1907.¹
     From 7 August 1907, her married name became Brewis.

     Catharina Bouwens was born on 10 October 1737 at Amsterdam, The Netherlands.¹ She married Pieter Clifford, son of Jan Clifford and Anna Wolters, on 10 June 1770 at Limmen, The Netherlands.¹ She died on 8 November 1776 at age 39 at Amsterdam, The Netherlands.¹
     From 10 June 1770, her married name became Clifford.¹

     Lt.-Col. Francis Bertie Brewis was the son of Samuel Richard Brewis and Frances Caroline Williams-Wynn.² He married Dorothy Katharine Walker, daughter of Edwyn Walker and Elizabeth Bethell, on 7 August 1907.¹ He died on 21 October 1949.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the King’s Own Yorkshire Light Infantry.¹

     Henry John Brewis was born on 8 April 1920.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Col. Francis Bertie Brewis and Dorothy Katharine Walker.² He married Faith Agnes Devorguilla MacTaggart-Stewart, daughter of Sir Edward Orde MacTaggart-Stewart, 2nd Bt. and Hon. Margaret Selina Flora Maud Clifton-Hastings-Campbell, on 20 April 1949.¹ He died on 25 May 1989 at age 69.¹
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Conservative) for Galloway between 1959 and 1974.²

     Francis Roger MacTaggart Brewis was born on 30 January 1950.¹ He was the son of Henry John Brewis and Faith Agnes Devorguilla MacTaggart-Stewart.² He married Marion Teresa Anderson, daughter of Robert Anderson, on 12 December 1981.¹ He died on 18 February 2014 at age 64.³
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.¹ He lived in 2003 at Ardwell House, Ardwell, Wigtownshire, Scotland.¹

     Marion Teresa Anderson was born in 1939.² She was the daughter of Robert Anderson.³ She married Francis Roger MacTaggart Brewis, son of Henry John Brewis and Faith Agnes Devorguilla MacTaggart-Stewart, on 12 December 1981.¹ She died on 31 December 2014.²
     From 12 December 1981, her married name became Brewis. She held the office of Lord-Lieutenant of Wigtownshire.² She was appointed Commander, Royal Victorian Order (C.V.O.) in 2014.²

     Ralph Michael Rodney Brewis was born on 17 May 1951.¹ He is the son of Henry John Brewis and Faith Agnes Devorguilla MacTaggart-Stewart.² He married Valerie Anne Gerard, daughter of Alexander Simpson Gerard, on 10 February 1979.¹
     Ralph Michael Rodney Brewis usually went by his middle name of Rodney.² He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.¹ He lived in 2003 at 17 Woodthorpe Road, London, England.¹
