     In 1293 he was under age.¹ In 1322 he took part in the rebellion of Earl of Lancaster and had to compound for his estates with Hugh le Despenser, Earl of Winchester.¹ He was one of the knights of Staffordshire summoned to attend the King on his expedition to Guienne in 1324.¹ He was Commissioner of Array for Derbyshire for the Scottish campaigns between 1333 and 1335.¹ He lived at Okeover, Staffordshire, England.¹

     Christian de Atlow is the daughter of Engelhard de Atlow.¹ She married Sir Roger Okeover, son of John Okeover and Margaret Fitzherbert.¹
     Her married name became Okeover.

     Sir Thomas Okeover was the son of Sir Roger Okeover and Christian de Atlow.² He died before June 1372.¹
