     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England^G.¹ He graduated from Jesus College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, in 1905 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Army Service Corps.¹ He gained the rank of First World War between 1916 and 1918 in the in Flanders.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in 1920 in the RARO.¹ He adopted Peter Sprague Digby-Johnson.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in 1937 in the Officers’ Emergency Reserve.¹

     A/Cdre. Eric Digby-Johnson was born on 25 December 1892.¹ He was the son of John Digby-Johnson and Ada Hirst.¹ He married Marjorie Alice Maud Beeching, daughter of Harold Beeching, on 16 July 1921.¹ He died in January 1971 at age 78.¹
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the East Surrey Regiment.¹ He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Flying Corps.¹ He gained the rank of Air Commodore in the Royal Air Force.¹ He fought in the Second World War, where he was mentioned in despatches three times.¹ He was awarded the Air Force Cross (A.F.C.)¹

     Marjorie Alice Maud Beeching is the daughter of Harold Beeching.¹ She married A/Cdre. Eric Digby-Johnson, son of John Digby-Johnson and Ada Hirst, on 16 July 1921.¹
     Her married name became Digby-Johnson.

     Harold Beeching graduated with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹

     Coral Ailsha Digby-Johnson was born on 1 August 1924.¹ She is the daughter of A/Cdre. Eric Digby-Johnson and Marjorie Alice Maud Beeching.¹ She married S/Ldr. William Anthony Brenard, son of Robert Brenard, on 6 April 1946.¹
     Her married name became Brenard. She was registered as a Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (C.S.P.)¹

     S/Ldr. William Anthony Brenard is the son of Robert Brenard. He married Coral Ailsha Digby-Johnson, daughter of A/Cdre. Eric Digby-Johnson and Marjorie Alice Maud Beeching, on 6 April 1946.¹
     He gained the rank of Squadron Leader in the Royal Air Force.¹

     Simon Nicholas Brenard was born on 2 July 1951.¹ He is the son of S/Ldr. William Anthony Brenard and Coral Ailsha Digby-Johnson.¹
     He lived at Caterham School, Caterham, Surrey, England^G.¹
