     Ursula Belasyse was born circa 1617. She was the daughter of Thomas Belasyse, 1st Viscount Fauconberg of Henknowle and Barbara Cholmley.² She married Sir Walter Vavasour, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Thomas Vavasour, 1st Bt. and Ursula Giffard, circa 8 March 1635/36.¹
     From circa 8 March 1635/36, her married name became Vavasour.

     Sir Walter Vavasour, 3rd Bt. was born circa 1644.¹ He was the son of Sir Walter Vavasour, 2nd Bt. and Ursula Belasyse.² He married Jane Crossland, daughter of Sir Jordan Crossland and Bridget Fleming.¹ He died on 16 February 1712/13, without issue.¹
     He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Vavasour [E., 1628] circa 13 August 1666.¹

     Sir Jordan Crossland was born in 1618.² He was the son of John Crossland and Jane Atkinson.² He married Bridget Fleming, daughter of John Fleming, before 1651. He died on 20 August 1670.²
     He lived at Newby, Yorkshire, England.¹ He held the office of Constable of Scarborough Castle between 1660 and 1670.² He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Scarborough between 1661 and 1670.²

     Jane Crossland is the daughter of Sir Jordan Crossland and Bridget Fleming.^2,3 She married Sir Walter Vavasour, 3rd Bt., son of Sir Walter Vavasour, 2nd Bt. and Ursula Belasyse.¹
     Her married name became Vavasour.

     Major William Vavasour was the son of Sir Thomas Vavasour, 1st Bt. and Ursula Giffard.² He died, unmarried.¹
     He gained the rank of Major in the Royalist Army, during the Civil War.¹

     Thomas Vavasour was the son of Sir Thomas Vavasour, 1st Bt. and Ursula Giffard.² He died in 1644 at Marston Moor, England^G, killed in action.¹
     He fought in the Battle of Marston Moor in 1644.¹

     John Vavasour was the son of Sir Thomas Vavasour, 1st Bt. and Ursula Giffard.² He died, unmarried.¹

     Peter Vavasour was the son of Sir Thomas Vavasour, 1st Bt. and Ursula Giffard.² He married Elizabeth Langdale, daughter of Philip Langdale.¹ He died circa 23 November 1659.¹ He was buried on 26 November 1659.¹
     He graduated with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)¹ He lived at York, Yorkshire, England.¹

     Philip Langdale lived at Langthorpe, England.¹

     Elizabeth Langdale is the daughter of Philip Langdale.² She married Peter Vavasour, son of Sir Thomas Vavasour, 1st Bt. and Ursula Giffard.¹
