     Sir Anthony George Touche, 3rd Bt. was born on 31 January 1927.1 He was the son of Donovan Meredith Touche and Muriel Amy Frances Winckley.2 He married Hester Christina Pleuger, daughter of Dr. August Friedrich Werner Pleuger, on 5 April 1961.1 He died on 24 June 2018 at age 91.3
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He was partner of George A Touche & Company (later Touche Ross), accountants.1 He was director of Touche Remnant & Company between 1965 and 1989.1 Between 1968 and 1990 director of Nat West Bank Plc.1 He was appointed Fellow, Institute of Chartered Accountants (F.C.A.)1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Touche, of Westcott, Surrey [U.K., 1920] on 18 May 1977.2 He was Prime Warden Goldsmiths’ County in 1987.1 He lived in 2003 at Stane House, Ockley, Surrey, England.1
