     Andrew Berne Vallance was born before 30 June 1945 at Masterton, New Zealand.² He married Annette A’Deane Tollemache, daughter of Lawrence Lionel Tollemache and Violet Mary A’deane, in 1974 at New Zealand.¹ He and Annette A’Deane Tollemache were divorced in 1981.¹
