     William Dance was born in 1755.² He was the son of James Dance and Elizabeth Hooper.² He married Jane Beeson.² He died in 1840.²
     He was a joint founder of the Philharmonic Society.² He was musician ordinary to Her Majesty.²

     Louisa Sophia Dance was born on 19 January 1802.² She was the daughter of William Dance and Jane Beeson.^3,2 She married Edward Dacre Roper, son of Colonel Philip Henry Roper and Harriet Banister, on 17 January 1842.¹ She died on 27 January 1879 at age 77.¹
     From 17 January 1842, her married name became Roper.

     Edward Frederick Roper was born on 6 December 1846.¹ He was the son of Edward Dacre Roper and Louisa Sophia Dance.² He married Lina Sievers, daughter of F. Sievers, on 14 January 1882.¹ He died on 5 December 1887 at age 40, without issue.¹

     Lina Sievers was the daughter of F. Sievers.² She married Edward Frederick Roper, son of Edward Dacre Roper and Louisa Sophia Dance, on 14 January 1882.¹ She died on 27 November 1908.¹
     From 14 January 1882, her married name became Roper.

     Frank Dacre Roper was born on 6 November 1848.¹ He was the son of Edward Dacre Roper and Louisa Sophia Dance.² He married Caroline Amy Louisa Franklin, daughter of John Belgrave Guazzaroni Franklin, on 24 March 1874.¹ He died in 1929.¹

     Caroline Amy Louisa Franklin was the daughter of John Belgrave Guazzaroni Franklin.² She married Frank Dacre Roper, son of Edward Dacre Roper and Louisa Sophia Dance, on 24 March 1874.¹ She died in 1913.¹
     From 24 March 1874, her married name became Roper.

     Bernard Dacre Roper was born on 16 October 1886.¹ He was the son of Frank Dacre Roper and Caroline Amy Louisa Franklin.² He died on 25 November 1918 at age 32.¹

     Edith Florence Roper is the daughter of Frank Dacre Roper and Caroline Amy Louisa Franklin.²
